February 21st, 2007We’ve had problems with our Verizon phone account in the last two days and we apologize profusely to our customers who were unable to reach us. We’ve been on the phone incessantly begging to have the number repaired. Today alone we wasted 4 hours trying to resolve the problem, and amazingly the last Verizon agent told me it was my fault and I should be patient like the September 11th customers!! Needless to say we are switching phone service immediately– I despise Verizon– and I will get our toll-free number up and working with another company. Thank you and again, I apologize for this. January 22nd, 2007Another shipment of SkinnyPants(R) is arriving at the end of this week and will be sent out as soon as we can pack them. April 5th, 2006K-Two SkinnyPants in inseams 30 1/2″and 33″are being delivered to the SkinnyPantsGirls tonight and will be shipped out to everyone starting as soon as we receive them. (The Girls will be working overtime!!) The 36″inseams are being made now as the 30-33″are done.) We apologize again to all of our wonderful and enthusiastic customers who had to wait for their SkinnyPants and we’re working on little gifts to send to all of you in the future. Check your postbox! Everyone told me the Channel 7 News story on March 3, 2006 in Los Angeles on SkinnyPants was fantastic. I’m still trying to get a copy of it!! The website is now averaging 90,000 hits a day. It takes us about 10 days to 2 weeks to make your pants but sometimes things get in the way. We had Christmas, tons of publicity and now Chinese New Year so, we’re a tad behind. But, we are aware of each and every one of your orders and are working night and day to get your SkinnyPantsTM to you. |

Be sure to watch us today on KABC-TV Channel 7 Eyewitness News Los Angeles.We have been shipping K-Two’s with 28″ inseams all this week and will be done tomorrow. Next week, the higher inseams will ship as each size comes in. We apologize for the delay in getting SkinnyPants out on time but every girl who read the Fitness Magazine blurb ordered our work-out pants~ we got 10 times the orders I thought we would get!! (I love Fitness Magazine!) We try to return all emails and calls but if we get a little behind please be confident that we are busy making and packing your SkinnyPants. (Also it makes it faster for us if in your queries about your orders you include the date of your order and the style/size you ordered.) Katwalks in inseam 28″ will ship between March 10th and 17th. Inseams from 30 1/2″ to 36″ will ship after the 17th. Kapri’s are being finished up right now and will also ship the week of the 10th through the 17th.
